Smaller or less expensive items will be ship USPS First Class. More expensive items are best sent via Priority Shipping, which will sometimes pre-select where we recommend.
For faster, secure service, Priority Mail is the way to go. With delivery in about 2 days, Priority Mail service is a great choice. Plus, you’ll get free USPS Tracking™.

International shipping is available to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and some others. If your country isn’t listed here, Contact us with your shipping country. We will determine your shipping costs and send you an invoice.
Returns & Exchanges (Online Policy)
For purchases completed online:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you can return the product for a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase. If returned after 7 days, but before 14 days, you will be issued a store credit which can be used toward another purchase. If it’s been longer than 14 days, we typically don’t accept returns. Please contact our store regarding your purchase over 14 days.
For In-Store Purchases: Typically it’s no refunds or exchanges, store credit only, but please see an associate regarding your specific purchase.
To Process your Online Return
1.) Call (480) 967-5523 or contact our Customer Support via email at email@example.com to request a return.
2.) Be sure to note your Order Number, a description of your item, and the reason for requesting a return. Include pictures if applicable.
3.) Items must be returned unworn and undamaged in it’s original packaging, including everything that it originally came with.
4.) Package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping. Items of significant value are recommended to be insured against loss or damage. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded in any case.
