If your missing a stone from your jewelry, the first thing we’ll do is evaluate WHY the stone came out. Sometimes weakened or missing prongs are the cause. It could even be a worn out bezel or something else. There are even times when the material is there, but it may have come loose due to wear–a good bang will knock a stone out of its setting causing it to fall out.
Either way, we can replace almost any stone in Gold, Sterling Silver, or Platinum. After careful consideration of your piece, we will help you determine the best plan of action to repair your jewelry.
This bracelet (handmade by a customers grandfather) was refurbished as best as we could, bringing it back to life. The tiny turquoise slivers were hand cut to replace many of the stones and finished off with a traditional oxidation and high polish.
